Chapter Affiliation: Entity Definition

MEMBERSHIP --- CHAPTERS --- SELECT CHAPTER --- CHAPTER AFFILIATIONS

• Chapter - A lookup field to the Chapter associated with the affiliation.
• Membership - A lookup field to an active membership associated with the chapter or where one can be created. 
• Join Date - The date the membership became active.
• Expiration Date - If the membership is terminated, this field will be populated.
• Last Renew Date - This is the date that the order for the dues item was paid.
