STS has some custom fields on the product record to track webinar products specifically. While the product set up is very similar to a standard product, these fields must be accounted for when creating a webinar product.
Click Add Product in the toolbar
Complete Required Fields and the following ones:
Publish to Online Store - Set this to yes for Webinar products.
Webinar Product - Set this to yes for Webinar products.
Webinar Code - Must contain data for the Webinar products.
